The problem was never that agencies lacked ambition.
It was that the software never understood how an agency actually works. So we decided to build something different.
Born inside the industry, not outside it.
Bloc grew out of Matchouse, the UK property and professional marketplace. Working alongside agencies every day, one thing became impossible to ignore.
Some of the best agencies in the country were being slowed down every day by systems never designed for how they actually operate.
Traditional CRMs stop at management. They will hold a record and print a report, but they do nothing for an agency’s visibility, brand or pipeline of new business. Modern agencies need more than a filing cabinet.
